BERKSHIRE PORK SPARE RIBS

Sweet and succulent berkshire pork ribs raised right here in Texas. These ribs reheat easily in the oven for 10 minutes at 320F. Glazed and dry-rubbed with our house spices but we don’t object to our friends coating them in their favorite sauce to coat them thickly.
