Before you order, this is how it works:

THIS PRE-ORDER SHOP IS ONLY OPEN EVERY THURSDAY 12pm-SATURDAY 8pm FOR FARMER’S MARKETS ONLY.

1. Select which items you would like to order by adding them to your cart below.

2. At checkout, select which market location you will attend. *PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CHOICE.* If you arrive at the wrong location, we cannot guarantee your food will be available.

3. Pre-orders will be a mix of lean and moist cuts unless otherwise specified. We will try to accommodate special requests as best we can.

4. You must place your order before the market’s operating hours. Orders placed within the hours of the market will not be processed. Click here to see the market’s hours.

5. Pre-Orders will be ready to pick up at your location packed and ready to eat. Feel free to skip the line to get your order.

6. If an item is sold out online, we encourage you to visit the market. We keep a limited inventory online so that people who visit the market can still get their barbecue.
