Central Texas-style sausage - it’s beefy, coarsely ground and we kick it up by adding our wagyu brisket trimmings to the mix. Our sausage is handmade with antibiotic-free, Texas-raised beef wrapped in an all-natural casing. Smoked on post oak with the rest of our line up.
